Dance Classes: Each session lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the age group.
Yoga Classes: Sessions are 45 minutes, with time allocated for mindfulness exercises.
We offer engaging and fun fitness classes tailored for kids, including:
Dance Classes: Hip-Hop, Contemporary, and Jazz, designed for children aged 3 to 12 years.
Yoga & Mindfulness Classes: Focused on stretching, breathing, and relaxation techniques for children aged 4 to 11 years.
